BBK Headers, Catted X pipe,,,,installed..wow
Finally got my BBK Long Tube Headers and Catted X Pipe installed. Dealer took care of the install for $500 flat. Installed new tune from Bama. All I can say WOW. Yes there is more power but more then that the car sounds totally awesome. I mean it sounds like a mean muscle car. I am totally pleased with the results. I have been checking and for a bonus I am getting 1 to 2 miles more per gallon. My average coming home today was 26.
I am running 3.73's in back so that is pretty good for hwy/city combined.
But heck with the gas,,the car sounds great and runs strong.

I have Magnaflows and I need to say this. Although I would not say they had a drone sound, I did hear more sound in the cab then I do now. The exhaust sound is now totally coming from the rear and it sounds strong. I would say it more closely resembles an older cobra going by. At least that is my take.
oh, by the way, I am getting it dyno this saturday. Will let ya all know the results.

LOL. We're just giving you a hard time. But seriously, who wants to hear in a thread how cool and powerful a set of headers is but not get a simple video. Who doesn't have a camera phone these days. Put that bitch up on YouTube and quite making excuses. I woudn't think for a second to start a thread about one of my latest installs without having the pics loaded to flicker ready to fly because I know what people are hear surfing for.
LOL. Hope you know I'm still just razzing you and trying to get you fired up because I more than anyone wants to hear your car with headers. It's why I backed out of a deal the other day because I didn't have a good feel for it.

the guys have a point , anytime i put up a new mod i put up pics.
but this info at least is good to hear man , this means you might soon put up some video or pics and i have been dying to hear/view.
im gonna get headers real soon , how soon just depends on how long i can hold out lol , i got the cash but , i been modding my stang at a pace faster than i would like lol , so we will see.
also i would like to ask why do people pay 500 dollars for an 80 dollar intall???????????????i sure as hell would not pay any dealer to install anything for me. thats like 1-2 extra mods worth of cold hard cash (just my 2 cents) \\
im drunk so don't mind me , im out of college for spring break and having a damn blast drinking miller light!
