Where does the rev limiter kick in again?

Actually, my first few moments with the car, it seems really happy between 6500 and 6800. Not whomping on it yet though...only 22 miles on it!

I feel ya on that one...my other hobby car (1992 Lingenfelter Corvette) makes 90% of it's 400+ lb-ft of torque between 1500 and 6000 RPM. This car is different...more European feeling...but I like it!

It's just physics.
The smaller the engine, the more you have to spin it to make power and the less torque you'll have...
So don't be afraid to rev the damn thing, it's the nature of the beast.

Since torque is full on at 4,200, I like to live in there for shifts.

Does the tachometer flash red on the 2013's when you hit redline?

I'm still breaking in my stang and don't wanna push it there yet haha

Ive been shifting at 68-6900 since I first got the car with 85miles on the clock! Drive the car like you want it to run.... Wise words from an old-head relative of mine. I heeded his advice, as all of his cars have run like scalded dogs. Mine seems to do the same
