Default Recall & Bama tune

The mustang goes in Friday, for PCM reprogram.
I think after the reprogram, I can reload my bama tune with no issues.
Has anyone had a problem with their tune after the reprogram?

I didn't have any issues. Took the car in on the stock tune and after they did the reprogram for the recall just loaded up my tunes.

The recall has something to do with the environmental systems - nothing major but I can't recall what it was now. If your car is affected you will receive a notice from Ford. Not all 2013's were affected by it.

If you're not sure, you can also plug in your VIN here:
