Drop top 2012 Stang V6 169K miles. Here are my issues.

1. Two vents on the driver’s side blow less than cold air. It’s a fan setting. Passenger side blows cool air as it’s supposed to be.
2. AC comes and goes as I drive. Goes from high to low setting and then returns. Finally after driving for about 5-10 minutes it’s blows full as per setting.
3. Light on the climate **** flickers/blinks and then after a while stay steady on.

Anyone can tell me what are the possible issues? All the actuators seem to be working. They’re not click-clacking like they do when they’re shot. Can’t take it to a dealer as the car is out of the country and the nearest Ford dealer is hundreds of miles away.
