j/w how heavy is the 351c compared to a 351w?

 

I don't know the specific weights of these motors. But, I am certain that the Cleveland is a lighter motor than the Windor, in stock form. The bottom end internals of a Cleveland are lighter weight (specifically the crankshaft) and the cylinder block is a "thinner" casted 351 cubic inches.

Anyone know better? Feel free to correct!

stock for stock, im pretty sure the cleveland is heavier. just think of it this way, the Windsor is the small block 351, whereas the Cleveland is the Big block 351, or at least thats how i see it cause the cleveland is physically bigger then the windsor

 

The 351C IS NOT A BIG BLOCK!! Its a small black the uses a big block bellhousing! weight Im not sure on.

 

351w 525lbs 351c 550lbs 289-302 460lbs boss 302 500lbs 390-427-428 625lbs boss 429 635lbs 460 720lbs i got these of a ford site and they say with out carb if you want LxWxH in inches i got that also

 

wow i cant believe that a 390 fe is only 25lbs lighter than a boss 429. whether its right or not it just doesnt sound right. but oh well
