Default Strongest 351W Block

I was reading some posted and found that the F4TE Casting of the 351W was the weakest and I was wondering what would be the strongest casting of the 351W ???

pretty much the older the block the stronger it is... as the years progressed they started shaving more and more off of certain areas

69-70 was the strongest casting on up until the roller blocks, you should see the pictures of a 69 and the roller blocks side by side. Hardly see the webbing in the late
model Windsor. Although I cant say much for the old 3m crank, tough to balance, but the dooe heads, could be made to flow decent, but for thetime and machine work cost, you can get a decent set of aluminum heads that will skunk the oldies. Voice of experience speaks for it's self. The old blocks arew still plentiful as many Fords ran them, just have to learn how to ID thy 351.
