When I say, stock block being weak, I was referring to the 302, not the 351. Last car was a 94 Eagle Talon with a 6 bolt motor, stroked to a 2.3 with T-67 turbo. Those blocks can handle tons of power.

To be honest, I've never heard of a limit that they make. I know David Buschur has been in the 7's on the block, and John Sheppard is in the 7's as well. Believe he'd be on the same block as I've never heard of an aftermarket block for these cars.

I never got mine to the dyno cause mine was all-wheel drive and there's no awd dyno's near my area. Oh well. I parted the car out and bought a Mustang cause I had too many other defective aftermarket parts on my car and was pissed that my car was down more than driving it. Decided to try something new and here I am....although Mustangs had always been my enemy. Lol.

And lemme just say that I'm speaking of the 4G63 block. Not the 420a non-turbo block.

Whether you thought a 302 or 351 it doesn't matter. You were reffering to 700 hp being weak for stock. I also would like to hear the answers that jasper asked you.

Well if you had goals in the range I had planned on, it'd be weak wouldn't it? The block wouldn't be strong enough to handle the numbers I'm speaking of cause it's too "weak". I didn't mean that it's a weak block overall. Just saying it's not strong enough to hold that kinda power. Does that clarify a bit better?

damn man, i hope you got some serious ching layin around. 800hp at the wheels is a good 10k easy. your building a scary car. i hope you know what you are doing. 800hp in a FWD feels nothing like a RWD.
