I just saw a complete 69 351 go on fleabay for $200. It was local pickup only but depending on where you are it might be worth check that site as well.

eh! i think he is from south dakota. Your just gonna have to hunt. Shipping will cost around 125-150 bucks, just so you know in case you find one that is not near you.
