Default Talk heads.....

Besides head bolt size, what are the differences between E7 heads from a 1991 5.0L and the heads from 1984 351 out of a F-250. I have a set of E7's that are ported and would like to install them on the 351 IF they would be a reasonable improvement.....obviously I know that a set of aluminum heads are the real need, but the funding for this project is ZERO at the moment so I am doing the best I can with what's available.

TIA

Out of all the producton heads miuns the gt40's, and 69-70 351w heads, the e7's were the best. if they are ported they are even better than the 84 351w heads. the 84 heads are nothing special or great.

The 351w heads are Stock D5AE's vs. Ported E7's.

I thought it would be better to run the ported E7's.....guess I'll need to get those holes reamed...

Thanks for your input.
