Default twin turbo 351

In the near future I will be building a twin turbo 351 for my 88 mustang. I want it streetable and want the engine to be able to handle 600-800 hp. What turbo's should I get and internals for the engine.

Forged internals for sure. Why not just stroke it, if changing the internals. the kits run for an ok price from FullAuto here on the board. Get something like a 8:1 C/R, and h beam rods. I say a 408 on a Dart block would be very good. The block can handle above your goals, but is solid and the forged internals with 8:1 C/R and two Turbo will get you a reasonable amount of power, Talk to luckythirteen13 about his twin turbo setup. You might get some ideas. I would use a AFR 225 head or another head of similar flow rates. 1.6/2.02-2.05 valves would be good nothing less like the smaller edelbrock heads have (1.54/1.94 or whatever they have). Stock block won't hold 800hp, so an aftermarket block is needed. Man-o-war or DART are good choices but run about 2500 for the block.

Stock block
.030 over bore for 357ci
Forged piston - 13cc dish
stock rods and crank - if you want peace of mind get a cast steel crank and forged rods.
ARP bolts everywhere
RHS 200 heads - 64cc - 9.5 to 1 compression
Super Victor EFI intake
80mm TB
CompCams XFI cam.

Turbo:
BBK shorty headers flipped, then custom twin 2.5" downpipes.
Twin T3/T4 Garrett 60mm turbos .58 a/r ehxst .71 a/r compressor
Twin 38mm Tial wastegates, 50mm Tial BOV, Treadstone TT intercooler.

done
I plane on seeing 600rwhp at 10-12psi ..... or 700+ flywheel hp

Oh I will definantly get it stroked. I'll have a 351 stroker first, then while I'm having fun with it I'll be saving up for some twins.

You will want a Dart block then, with forged everything including crank

Stroked 351W + boost = 1000hp ........ stock block aint gona last long.

Here just copy this guys build, sounds like what you want

Yea, I was figuring on using a Dart block. I've never touched the inside of a block, only bolt on's...so I'll probably have someone build my engine. That could change however in the future because I have an uncle that knows a bunch of guys that work on engines. So I could possibly get some hands on training from them. I can't wait. Now all's I need to do is figure out if I should two-tone with titanium silver and black, or just all black. I'm leaning towards the later. It's a t-top too.

I want to build a 427, like the man o war 427 shortblock you can get. Think you could throw a 671 or 871 twin screw on top??

I'll do a carb setup later on in mylife on a different stang. I really like the idea of twin turbos on a stroker.
