Default sheet metal intake.

I think im going to attept to fab. up a sheet metal intake for my 351w.
has anybody done it themslves?

heres a pic of what im sorta aiming for.

Its not as easy as it looks. You have to get the runners to flow equally. You also need access to a machine shop to cut the plates and get the angles correct. Webuilt a intake severalyears ago for efi. Took a fewattempts to get everything right. Gotta worry about warpage when welding it all together. Welding thin aluminum is an art.Good luck.

i know its gonna be hard.im a junior in high school and spend half the day welding.TIG.MIG.and stick and i have all the metal i need.so i say its worth a shot.
