Okay so heres the deal I am building a 351w this is my first time to build a motor. I all ready have my shortblock. I am currently waiting on a cam, and valve springs so I then I can put it together. Ive only done 2 things since I am on hold till I get my cam. Ive painted my block and put my flywheel in. But here is the question on the timeing chain and the harmonic balancer which do I put on first. Also the other question is what is this part the 3rd picture.
