Im still in limbo with my fox.

Ive posted a bit in this section a while ago.

My fox is a 83' (kinda) got it as a shell, had a parts car. Anyways its one of a few projects.

I have my BMW for sale and a guy in the local car club offered to trade his 86' F-150 with a 351w and 4 spd.

So I will need the pan kit and headers.

What are the cheapest headers to buy? And who sells them, im in Canada, so a canadian company would be better for shipping, but it doesnt really matter.

And also the 4 spd., I assume I shouldnt even consider using it due to low gearing? The trucks 2wd. Im thinking a T-5

take it from me don't buy "cheap" headers... unless you dont mind changing blown gaskets all the time and the other thing is there are good power gains to be made with good headers.[sm=trust_me.gif]on that note mac's aren't real bad and you can usualy find them cheap used, gave $175.00 for mine were laying in a guys garage unused... look on ebay

well man save up and buy a set of bbk shorties you can make great hp with them if your on a budget build their about 210-220 on ebay. Like thunderjet said bud check ebay thats just about the best place to find them. I saw a set of mac long tubes go for 175 on there a couple days ago made for a 351w swap. Plus the pan if you have a autozone, im sure you do their like starbucks buy a early 80's crown vic LTD oil pan 60$ and pick-up tube 26$ good gaskets 10$ right there man thats cheap then the 136-150$ kit you buy on ebay.Look and shop remember good used parts are also your friend lol.
