My father in-law just picked up a '68 Convertible w/ a 351 Clevland dropped in to it last weekend. Where would I find the stamped indentification # on the block itself? What is a recomended engine oil for a 351C street engine? Thanks for any help.

The cast in ID is in the same location as a 351W and a 302. Clevelands were made from 1970 to 1974. If you know how to build one they are an over achiever, trust me I know.
