Default swap headers

I have been looking for a set of used swap headers for my fox body with no luck, i am on a budget and can't find new ones for less than $250. I have a set of frpp shorties from my 302 that i couldn't get to clear the steering shaft, can you make any aftermarket shorty headers fit with a little modification? It seems like 302 headers are a dime a dozen, any help or suggestions would be great.

when doing the 351 swap there are things you just gotta buy, like an oil pan, and headers. yes if your a good enough welder you can make a 302 header work but it takes major reconstruction, save yourself the major headache and just save for a good quality set of swap specific headers, theyll fit around everything very well and wont leak. nobody ever said going fast was cheap! good luck
