Default replace with 351

Hi I need help deciding what to do. Don't have a ton of money but a little so let keep that in mind. I have a 93 mustang with a 302 and I took it to change the intake from a edelbrock performer to a trick flow r series its not acting right so I thought it needed a tune. When they checked the compression on one side two of the cylinders were low so now I need to rebuild my engine.
1) the car was not that bad before I dropped it off does any body know of what it could of happen
2) if im going to rebuild can I get a 351 w short block and put everything from my 302 cuz I got alot on it except on the short block and don't want to start all over again

lower intake wont work (351's are wider), youll need a different distributor. Heads will work but 351 blocks use 1/2 head bolts rather than 7/16. You will need different headers.

All your front accessories will bolt right up to the 351W. If you are short on cash Id just rebuild the 302.
