Well after a lengthy break from my 89 notch 408w engine project i decided to get back with the program, painted it up and will be dropping it in the car soon.

too bad you already have the heads bolted down... looks like you could have done some flowpath matching

Actually it is port matched, i set the intake on just to keep anything from falling down in the engine... after the bolts were installed it lined up perfect. Kinda regreting not going with the super victor BUT this is primarily going to see street use so i guess it will do.

they look like jesel to me, with a rocker girdle.

dont look like a stud girdle to me have a few of them laying around. they look to be shaft mounts to me no real stud girdle needed by looking at the way they are made

Summit brand, i can't remember the company that made them for summit... my machinist new them right away though... that came in handy when i needed shims.
