I know some people have had the vortech at 11psi but i was reading someone had it at 14 psi . Anyone here ever trie it? i was thinking about it now that i saw it just wondering if its safe or even possible?

 

I think PHP is running at 14psi on top of a small shot of nitrous.

 

So if i increase boost to 14 psi and add back a new NX Ntercooler how long you think it would last? I only got to use the NX Ntercooler on 2 runs on my other one so i never eally found out. They say its supposed to be like a 50 shot but i never dynoed it after that install.

 

I would ask MSP, I think he is at 14psi on his setup.

He was the first 4.0 to get the Vortech HO kit. Hes done a lot with it, hes tested different intercooler setups, oil cooler setup, heat exchangers, cowl hood implemenation. He posts at these two sites, in order of where he posts more:
