Does anyone have an idea or write up on how to make a custom short ram/air intake that actually works? Im really cheap and cant afford a good one naw i just wanna make my own to feel cool like the ricers :P

I am not like a ricer in any way[:@] LOL. What I did was I bought a drop in K&N air filter then cut a majority of the bottom of the airbox out with a dremel making sure to keep the necessary air filter mounts etc.. Works great. Sounds 10x better at WOT and cost me $40.

Making your own Intake and Tube will most likely throw off the MAF, and either cause your car to run lean, throw a CEL or cause stalls. I would wait till you can afford a proper CAI and Tune. Trust me, it's worth the wait.

lol ok thanks....was kinda bored and then i was watching D.I.Y. tricked out and got me feeling like doin some of my own mods haha dont know what i was thinking cuz i dnt wanna mess anything up but thanks for the replies.
