ram air?
You might mean the WMS (Western Motorsports) HV (High Velocity) Intake. You can get a ram air box that surrounds the intake. I actually have one on my car, and love it. You can see pictures of it installed if you click the little camera icon under my screenname. You can also see my dyno numbers in the sig, and I belive the dyno chart is in my gallery with the install pictures.

There are ram air hoods, but "ram air intake" leads me to think that you're talking about a shaker system. You can get a ram air hood which usually channels fresh air directly over your intake.. but if you have stock intake, this will do nothing as the stock box draws air from the fender. If you have a C&L, K&N, AEM, or whatever intake you might see marginal gains and wouldn't need a tune (assuming you already have tuned for the intake). I'm not going to pretend I know anything about the shaker systems though.
