borla
hey i was looking some more in my never ending search for the perfect duals and I came across this one. I was wondering if you would be able to put it on a 6. I know it is for a gt but i know alot of the other gt mufflers and kits can be put on a 6. Well here is the link.

RE: borla
you would have to get some cutting of the pipes done
and a shop would have to fab you up an h pipe or an x pipe (whatever you like better)
then they would have to weld it on
dont forget you would have to get drivers side hangers for the driver side muffler
but it is doable yes
my reccomendation is to have the shop fab you up all the pipes and h pipe and just buy a borla/ford racing axelback gt kit
this would be much cheeper

RE: borla
I used the Ford Racing muffler, made by borla

Kind of loud for me, but I'm an old fart, so might be just fine for others. Diff better sound than stock, and flows more, increasing hp around 10-12.
May be better value to look at this, http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/05V6Exhaust.htm the flow master, http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/images/17421.jpg
less than 2 bills, and if you got a black car, it's painted to match
I'm sticking with the axle back setup, single exhaust. Dual's on the V6 don't do anything for performance, save your cash, get your windows tinted or what ever.
have fun
