It sounds like he bought it directly from EE, since he mentioned the owner Dave. Here is the web site with the info and pricing:

Thanks rygen'
I've got it bookmarked.
I'm either going to add a blower to my 4.0 or swap it out for a BOSS 302! ;-)

damn, that swap is going to cost a lot. suspension upgrades, rear end swap, gauges would be good as well.

Thanks for the complements everyone.

I do plan on going to the track to do a little drag racing and also autocross. I had the X-Charger professionally painted by Mr.Gs Auto Body in Tacoma Washington. The powder coat for the rest of the parts was done by Ken’s PowderCoating in Spanaway Washington. The kit was purchased directly from Explore Express. If anyone is getting ready to install this kit everything fits well but there are some things to watch for and at request I will E-mail you the list.

Is the iairbox the only difference between the hi-po and California kits?

Can a different airbox be used on the California kit?

The airbox and tune are different. The tune needs to be modified due to the flow characteristics of the Hi-Po airbox. I belive that is the only difference between the two kits. Contact Dave at Explorer Express and he can fill you in on the details.
