Exhaust or CAI/tune first?

Exhaust or CAI/tune first?
So my wife backs into my car yesterday morning and the insurance company appraises the damage over $2000!!! The silver lining (I suppose) is that the hood is really the only thing that got messed up and the insurance company is cutting me a check for the amount minus my deductible. I'm ordering a GT take-off hood from Diversified and using the rest to fix my stripes etc.
That leaves some cash left over to get either a CAI or a true dual exhaust. I need some feedback as to which one I should do first. Is there more benefit one way or another? I've decided to cut my rear valance rather than buy a GT take-off rearend but that's another conversation. So which one should I do first???

RE: Exhaust or CAI/tune first?
i'd say to get a cai/tune..best performance for the money..the tunable induction one gets 19 rwhp on an 87 tune. Exhaust wont get such great hp upgrade, but many get it, as did i, for sound and looks.
