Hey dude! That is one hell of a setup you have, you must be pullin 440 rwhp or better. I think one of the top dogs in this forum w/4.0blew his 7.5 rear out. If he see this post maybe he'll ringin, and tell you what had happen. I think he is running turbo. Sorry I can't help with better input on the suject. peace!

I blew my 3.73's and t-lock turning a corner and jumping on it. After all the racing and "pratice" I did it was fine but going around a corner shattered mine....lol BAD. I was only at about 205 RWHP too.

most of the stuff isn't done to the engine yet. i am running the procharger right now on a junkyard engine. the forged pistons and Eagle rods are not yet in the old engine. i am in the process of making an intake for the setup and have ported the heads pretty good at least on the exh side. they are actually larger that anybody else is running on the 3.8 but i may have went too bigh and sacrificed some velocity with them. the intake side i am still working on a bad head to see just how far i can go before breaking through.
a pic of my exh ports is on this link

my flow numbers should be about 270cfm intake @.500" lift and 260cfm exh @.500" lift when they are all said and done

Sancho I don't know....I've seen many take them into the 350HP range (7.5) no problem and I strip down my car and take off all but my tune and cai and whammmm my rear end goes....WTF from everyone I've talked to no one know why other than shock load from getting air born (briefly) over the curb.....I still wonder
