Default Installing duals on your own?

Hey everyone, first post, been reading up for a while now however.

I haven't seen much info on people installing their dual exuahst on their own. Is this at all possible? I'm looking to go with an X pipe and GT takeoffs. So can I do the work myself?

And one more question, Im sure its been beat to death, what X pipe should I go with? And I believe I need mid pipes? Where should I get those?

Thanks

Look around...Some guy may be getting rid of a midpipe.

I did my own duals. I bought a kit from pypes that retained the cats. I wouldn't consider myself a top notch mechanic, or even an ametueur one. It's pretty straightforward. Just take your time, and make sure everything lines up right.

I cant get under my car with a lift cuz I lowered it too much..lol.

I dont want to use ramps either.. so I might just have mine done at a shop.

It's not to hard, will deff need a jack and stands. Just have to make sure everything lines up right before you tighten it all down for good.
