noob questions about a tlok

Where exactly do i get one? can i get it from the dealership, or does it have to come from a donor car, or what? also, how much do they cost?

I just ordered one from speedconcepts.net for $174.95 + shipping($28.94). Get the bottle of FRPP friction modifier for $4.95(cheap). TOTAL= $208.84 Best price I've found online. Dealercan be MUCH more.
