noob here, need help with CAI/tuner

this is my first engine mod besides my dual flowmasters on my stang. I have no idea what CAI or tuner to buy or where / which tunes to get for the tuner. someone please help, sorry for being annoying.

vmptuning com is the tuner I use,but bama,alternative,evolution and a few more are good too. The tunes are up to you. Call one and ask for advice. This is the best mod you can do to your Mustang V6. Good luck!

I did alot of research and I think the overall attitude on the forums is either B amchips or Brenspeed.

VMP and Alternative Auto seemed to be ranked up there too, but more people recommended B ama and Brenspeed more.

I am ordering a C&L CAI/Tune from Brenspeed next week.

You guys need to check the parts for sale forum - I've got my C&L and SCT tuner for sale. I had it posted over here but the mods decided none of you wanted to see it so they moved it.
