Looks real sweet, love the "Snorting Pony" thats the sickest thing. and like they said, the switch cluster in the cup holder is real neat and tidy. Good job on the installation, post some numbers when you get them!

Yeah, going to run it tomorrow at Lapeer, just have to watch the launch because the window switch isn't installed yet. Did the dyno tune today with Lidio at Alternative Auto. Some pretty good numbers:
HP: 251.5 - up from about 181
Torque: 339.9 max, up from 207
and AFR: 11.9

Lidio took it out on a back road to test it out - WOW, what a difference. I can't wait to try it at the track tomorrow.

This is on a 75 shot so Lidio managed to pull an additional 70 HP from the last time he had it on the dyno (but I have made some other adjustments since then as well) and another 132 lb ft of torque with the nitrous. The car pulls really hard - he recommended that until I get the window switch installed, make sure I launch around 1800 with the nitrous armed so that at WOT I should be over 2000, or to launch and hit the arm switch when I see the tach hit about 2500. He did a launch where he braked to 1500 and then hit the switch at 2500 - normal launch and then the nitrous hit and the car leapt ahead.

All I can say is "WOW" what a great new toy! I had a chance to make 5 passes with the nitrous. Still learning proper launch with it, and I know it will be easier once I get the window switch installed (it's a little difficult to watch the lights, watch the tach, and watch where I'm going to decide when to hit the arm button). After the first pass I had a "perma-grin" on. The car just took off as soon as the arm button was hit.

I was pleased with it, here is one of the time slips, I am car 229:

I heard one "oh it's just a V6" comment as I was lining up. Funny, after spanking a Firebird right afterwards, they didn't say anything more.

Congrats Jim! Nice job breaking into the 13's your first time out. That car has mid 13's written all over it.

Thanks Todd - can't wait to get back to the track and make a few more passes. The new power is very addicting. Hopefully next time I have better track conditions and can avoid the spin. I'm thinking I'm going to set the window to open at 2800 so I can get the car rolling before the nitrous hits, otherwise I think I will spin again.
