Default O2 sensor override

Alright, I just got a custom exhaust installed yesterday, and I was told the "service engine" light will appear.

This is because I have no catalytic converters anymore. Yes, the guy at the shop did offer to remove them for me, and I gladly accepted. Its freaking LOUD as hell now, like deafening loud. But with the O2 sensors gone, I get this light, which is somewhat annoying.

What is a way I can override this to make the light go away, but of course for only this issue?
