$700? GEARS (3.73s or 4.10s) AND A TRAC-LOC!!!
SInce you already have a tune and cai, gear will give that 'extra power' feeling like you got when you got your tune.

BTW, nice color!!!

Agreed. And you already have the exhaust done.

Gears and a LSD are the next logical choice, and they fit within your budget (staying with the 7.5" rear). A 8.8" GT take-off would run you a little bit more once you factor in freight, but a take-off rear is a self-install.

Don't fear the gear!

either long tubes, or gears and a detroit/eaton lsd, or a 75 shot

Ok for gears you're gonna want FRPP(Ford Racing) brand. 3:73 or 4:10 ratio.

For the LSD, most people get the Ford Trac-loc but you could also get a Detroit Tru-trac with the necessary bearing kit.

There isn't an actual HP gain, the gears just improve acceleration and make it feel like a lot more power.

With the stuff you already have, in my oppion, gears just arent my thing but now the Tlock would be good. You really wont notice a difference in every day driving except you will hook up a whole lot better. After I got the tlock though I think I would just put the money in the bank for a supercharger on down the road or buy a beater. I know it sucks to wait but if you wait it will be better for your pocket and performance in the long run

+1 for t-lok and gears if you're looking to get the most gain for your money. Yes, its more money but you'll feel every dollar in performance gain. You'll need a sensitive butt to feel any gain the headers will get you.
Or, put the money toward a paint job and get rid of that horrible color
