Default Emissions

Has anyone else had trouble passing emissions after installing a cai+tune? I have had an 87 octane tune from VMP and the VMP intake for a couple years now, and had to go for emissions recently, and the ecm will not read as ready. No codes, and no recent problems.

Usually with any tune the rear O2's are turned off. I had this issue with my tune, so i switched back to stock, drove for 20 min, and then passed.

Same here. Back to stock, short drive and passed with no problem.

Have your tuner make you an emissions friendly tune

Yup. It's all in the tune.
My first cai tune had the rear o2's off. Reflashed to stock for inspection and ran it a week like that, then back to tune afterwards when it passed.
