Managed to get some time to have a shop http://www.mandrelbend.com/ fab up an H pipe and some sweet mandrel bent true duals. I used my other GT take-off so that when I decide which axle back I want it will be a perfect swap out job.

Sounds good, going from single to dual is a must. it has a great "Burbaly gargaling" sound to it now. if that makes sense lol kinda glad i got the mandrel bends and the fab job, the installer says they have alot of people come in to have there cheapo clamp kits fixed alot. paid a little more than i expected but he did a good job with the welds and bends! very professional. took 4 hours. but you do get what you pay for thats for sure

I cant wait to throw on a axle back set up now!

sounds ok, kinda tame for me though. its funny having one muffler with 4k miles on it and the other brand new, sounds a little odd lol. it'll work though for a few weeks till some MACs show up

sorry for bringing this back from the dead but do you have an exhaust clip and how much did you pay for fabrication of the H?

sorry I dont have a sound clip and i dont have my stang now either, a truck decided to smash the front end off completely (over 6k in damage) so it might be awhile till i can get a clip. Also i'm putting on some MACs as soon as I get it back. I will try and make a clip when i'm done

The H install with the take-offs ran about $600. The shop did a pro job and grinded all the welds and the bends are all mendral bent so the look great and sound sick! I love the gurgaly (sp) sound of it from inside the car, cant wait to put on some preformance mufflers lol

Alright here's that video. It was definitely a good set-up while I ran it. Actually, comparing this video to my flowmaster video these mufflers seem to have a much better roar at start-up. Might have to do some in-person testing to see if it's just the nature of the video:
