hey so i have the borla muffler on my v6, sounds awesome for stock exhaust with a borla muffler. i dont know if i can afford the full dual exhaust with stingers from borla, but would it be an ok idea to do a Y piece catback and add another borla muffler?

Do you have a part number for just the driver's side muffler?
I emailed Borla about getting just the driver's side muffler,
the tech was trying to talk me into selling my single muffler
on ebay and then buying a new complete dual exhaust kit.

My single Borla is boxy. I believe the stingers are smaller and cylindrical.

I decided to stick with the single exhaust. Without forced induction I'm not pushing enough air to warrant dual exhaust.
And I'd rather not add weight and cost to my car if it doesnt increase performance.

Plus, the single Borla sounds good as it is. I won a muffler rap contest with it this summer.

ya know, i gotta agree. my v6 isnt going to support a dual exhaust with the setup it has now, which is mostly stock. and youre right. i love the sound of my single borla.
