thanks for all the help. another question that i have is about the fender liners. do i just need the front section for each side? and can i buy new ones aftermarket or is that a dealer or used only part? also if i were to go with a gt aftermarket bumper would i use gt foam and liners or would they be different yet? if they were different i would assume they would be included?

Any GT bumpers, aftermarket or not, are meant for a GT. That means that the sellers assume you have a GT and have the correct fender liners. So no, fender liners would probably not be included in any bumper marked "for GTs".

I do have a question though. I have a v6 with a pony package, and so I have the smaller fogs, the different grill, and the chrome trim pieces. I like my fogs and my trim pieces and don't want to get rid of them, so is it possible for me to get a GTCS bumper on there without losing them?

Anything is possible. I'm gonna try to give ghost a shout maybe he'll be able to help, as this is his car.

For fender liners, you just need the front halves. They're not too expensive new.

I was cheap with mine, though, and made some filler pieces and used the stock V6 liners...until I come across the right GT ones. You cant see it unless you know what to look for.

Yep, and the lower radiator GT stone guard/air deflector is needed as well
for the swap...

Aw man. Well, I did find something that may help me cope with losing the cool trim pieces around the fogs.....
