Intake and tune - improves throttle lag, shift points and acceleration
Exhaust and headers - shorties for high end power, long tubes for low end
Gears - improve acceleration
T-lok - improves traction (and burnouts)
Lower Control Arms - improves acceleration by eliminating wheel hop and keeps the wheels planted
GT front and rear sways - improves handling and makes the car feel planted
Tires- increases traction, handling and braking
Strut tower brace- slightly improves handling
Brakes - gotta be able to stop with the extra power
Shocks/struts/springs -improves handling and braking
Weight reduction - can improve acceleration, handling and braking

And there's always head/cams/internals

After intake/tune and gears, the cost effectiveness of each mod falls off pretty hard.

Pretty true, except I believe the $45 I spent on my GT front and rear sways with the poly bushings is up there

Pretty much. You'll spin those tires pretty easy with those mods though. If you plan to supercharge, get an 8.8 instead of building the 7.5
