Default Flowmaster=Engine rattling

Hey guys i have a 4.0 v6 with bbk cai and an am tune. Two nights ago I had a dual flowmaster 40 series set up installed. Driving around is no problem. But when I am at a stop or slowing down I hear a vicious rattle coming from the engine bay. It has me a bit scared it is a similar rattle that i heard when i was running my intake without a tune about a year ago. Didnt have any problems after the tune. But now its back with these flows installed. Again the rattiling is coming from the engine bay lower area and NOT the mufflers. THANKS.

I have the same problem. I have slp loudmouth exhaust though. I know it's not the exhaust. But I have a bbk CAI with no tune. I have that same rattle. Should I go back to the stock intake?

How long have you had it? Mine usually only happens during idle or slowing down. Im just scared engine will be destroyed. BTW originally when I had the rattle (over a year ago) IT WAS due to the BBK intake sct tuned it and it went away instantly. No tune needed on BBK is a lie....The rattle was gone for over 8 months until two days ago when i put the flowmasters on so I know thats what is causing it.

Just about a year now. I don't have the money for a tuner now. Do you suggest going back to the stock intake?
