Default Speakers!

Hey guys I've noticed my speakers in my 2010 v6 aren't the best so I was wondering if anyone had some advice on what aftermarket speakers to get? I don't want top of the line extremely expensive speakers I just want better than stock with clear sound quality. And I'm just looking for door speakers, no trunk speakers yettt =]

I know you don't want top of the line I paid 80.00 for my rockford fosgates on ebay, and they take a beating from my amp and they sound awesome.

I know for '05 they are 6x8's which is an odd and hard size to find for a good sound. You can also use 5x7/6x8's. I just purchased two pairs of Polk Audio DXi 570's. Hope to get time to install them soon. A little cold outside right now being 19* without windchill factored.

You can also get 6.5's which will probably be the best sound for our mounting options. You will need a mounting plate/adapter to make the screw pattern line up right.

Polk Audio DXI6500 or older Rockford Fosgate T162S are good 6.5" component speakers

If I had my preference I would find a good set or Rockford components but since my discount is at BestBuy and they don't carry Rockford anymore, I got Polk.
