anyone have dual slps? i am thinking they are what i want but i dont want the high pitched noise, and i want it to be deep and aggressive..is it? if youve got them what else do you have?

 

I have heard the SLP LM1 on the 4.0, they are rediculously loud and wouldn't recommend them to you (ricey on the v6's) The MAC mufflers sound the best IMO, nice deep rumble at idle and sound great at other speeds too.

Tried the MAC's on mine and only could deal with the DRONE for 2 days, went back to my GT Mufflers. Too Bad because they do sound nice on the outside.

 

I read an article somewhere that addressed the drone issue. I believe it happens because the pipes are the same length and don't have resonators. From what I read the resonators prevent the drone noise. Don't quote me on that but I know I saw that somewhere in some forum. Please chime in somebody and correct me if I'm wrong.
