I have a leak and I can't tell where it is coming from. It is somwhere on the right or passenger side of engine. It doesnt appear to be a water pump. Thanks for help

If you are a little more specific it will help more to diagnose your problem!

It is running down the front of the block, also it is pooling on top of the engine, I jst noticed that last one. Not a big leak yet.

Check the thermostat housing, very common on those 4.0.

If you look at the front of the engine there's a big hose that comes from the radiator and it connects into a plastic housing with 3 bolts, see if it's leaking in this area

I found the leak, yup it is the thermostat housing. It is leaking out the back side of the housing. I ordered the housing from Rock Auto.

Interesting, I'll keep that in mind!

They should, my local auto part store has a whole ton of o-ring types! Good luck.
