Default shift light install

I have a 2010 V6 and I bought my friends Autometer Pro Shift lite, I mounted it and ran the wires except the green wire witch I think, but I'm not sure, goes to the coil but I don't know can anyone help?

P.S. I will post pictures when its done.

You may need the tach adapter in order to use that, on our cars you can't hook up a shift light the way you can with most cars.

is there any real reason why you need a shift light... even at 465rwhp i still have plenty of time to look at my tach... just throwing it out there...
