Headers? Coil? CAI?

Headers? Coil? CAI?
Been a while since I've been on here. 2005 4.0l v6. Since then I have added (in this order) true duals with GT Mufflers, Spectre air filter, and most recently an SCT/SF3/X3 Power Flash tuner from American Muscle. I have had tremendous results!
Was wondering what would benefit me the most. I have had suggestions of adding Long Tube Headers, but that would require the removal of my CATS. Not necessarily against that, but I'm worried if I will get a sufficient amount of back pressure by doing so. Would shorter headers be better?
Have also toyed with the idea of the GMS Coil on AM Muscle..thoughts?
One more question. Would it benefit me to replace the Spectre air filter with a more expensive, well known CAI? The one I have was cheap, but has shown significant performance changes.
Thanks for viewing!

Dont bother with long-tubes or coil pack changes; you won't get any gains.
As stags mentioned, you'll get the most bang for your bucks by getting a custom tune to make sure of your mods. I did the same ones (but a K&N intake) in the same order: dual exhaust, cai, and then a custom tune. The tune gave the most seat-of-the-pants gains.
The air filter isn't helping you much at all. Grab a whole different CAI along with a proper tune for it, you'll be far happier still.

With tune? You need a tune to get the most of the cai.
A 8.8 is not a required upgrade with a cai. Gears can be changed on the 7.5 just as well.
While mentioning about the rear end, if you do not have 'traction control', consider getting a trac-loc in the rear end, along with different gears for more fun. Eariler years (05/06) and maybe later V6's without a trac-loc in the rear end can become a little dangerous when making slow-speed left-hand turns on slippery surfaces; many of v6's have spun or have wrecked because of that.

Yeah the sct tuner I got comes with free tunes for life..so whatever mods I decide on, I can have the tuner reprogrammed to cater to them.
Dunno if I'm interested in 8.8 right now..I've looked into it and decided to hold off on that, at least for now.
TX, I wasn't aware I could add traction control. Where can I find what you are talking about?

LT's won't gain you much unless you do a cams/LT combo. On the GT, cams and LT's can gain about the same or more than CAI & tune. I can't say if it's similar for the V6.
Coils won't do anything except possibly give you more headache. They've been known to be plagued with problems compared to the OE COPs.
If you want real power, go FI.
