Default Electrical problem

I have a 07 stang and I think it has a electrical problem.
I was driving it home and my radio, air, gauges, wind shield wipers shut off and stopped working, turned radio back on and it displayed low battery.
I took the battery out got it charged and the next day drove it for a few hours then the problems listed above started again. So I got the alternator tested and it was bad so I got it replaced, drove the car for a full day then the next day it started having problems again, also noticed the idle sounded strange when I first started it, then it went Nomal after it ran for a few minutes. Brought it and had the alternator and battery tested and they said there is nothing wrong with them. And on way home from the shop it gave me the same problems, I'm gonna bring it to ford in the morning to have them look at it. Has anyone else had this problem or similar to mine?
