Default Need help finding issue

I have a 2010 v6 4.0L Mustang, I have a slight issue
under WOT I sometimes feel a jerking motion sorta like it will gain power and lose it for split seconds at a time. it has thrown check engine lights before but when i turn the car off and on it goes away, and no codes found at the autopart store.
this has been going on since last summer. I need help fixing it.
i have Pulstar plugs gaped at .65
Screamin demon coil
and use 87 octane.
everything else is stock...at 44k miles.

Put the stock coils back in and see if it clears up. If not, then go back to stock plugs. My money is on the coils. Aftermarket coils don't do squat besides causing problems in too many instances.
