Smile 2007 V6 Throwing codes P0108 and P0406

Not sure why my car is throwing these codes but it seems pretty hard to diagnose this issue.

Went on vacation and left my car sitting for 5 days. Came back and now I have a check engine light on. I did go to a shop where they did my emissions and the guys there seemed friendly but hopefully they didn't do something to get me back in the shop to spend some money.

Anyways the codes coming up are P0108 and P0406

P0108-Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input.

P0106-Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

Anyways things I have tried and so far these codes keep coming up.

Cleaned egr with carb cleaner
Ran seafoam through a vacum hose and in gas tank
Cleaned throttle body with carb cleaner
Cleaned MAF sensor

So i'm thinking I may be due for replacing the EGR valve but IDK

It's a 2007 V6 with 67,000 miles. has a GT takeoff muffler and a K&N air filter(not intake just the filter that looks like stock but is suppose to create higher mpg and more power)

Have anyone replaced their egr yet? And if you can think of anything else I could do please help

thanks for any help.
