Unhappy 2010 Mustang V6

2010 Mustang V6 Premium with some mods, both underneath and on top: xtreme super charger cold air intake, Kook Custom headers, fuel voltage boost, pully booster on super charger, and a few other other small things on top - I blew the tips off of two spark plugs and cracked the cylinder wall- dropped all fluids into the oil pan. Any suggestions on rebuild other than getting the same ford block. I'd like to reuse my bolt ons. You guys at American Muscle know my Kona blue stang.

The rookie,

that all depends on how much your willing to spend and what kind of power you'd like to make. i just baught a mmr stroker short block witch is just the block and a rotating assembly and it cost me $3500
