Default Running wires

Hi there I need to run one ground from a relay under the hood into the cabin, but I don't want to have to make a hole in the firewall to do it.

So my question is whats the best way to run a wire from a foglight relay into the cabin? I was going to use this method

This guy mentions removing the drivers side fender, but I'm not sure where these screws would be located. Is this a good method to use?

You remove the inner fender liner and the plastic fasteners are pretty obvious so you should not have a problem. Its pretty much the only option if you don't want to drill a new hole in the firewall..

You can also find a main wire harness that runs from the engine compartment through the firewall and run your wire through that.
