I have a 2007 V6 Pony Package Coupe. Today I noticed that the only way I can sound the horn is by pressing on the steering wheel above the center pony emblem. Pressing the center logo or below it does not sound the horn.

Are you supposed to be able to sound the horn from pretty much anywhere on the steering wheel?

If not, is this a potentially big problem to fix? Also, I purchased the Ford Premium ESP, I don't see the horn as an exclusion, is that right?
