Hi, 66and06

Probably gonna get the same Ford Racing CAI and tunes from American Muscle for my 2007, 4.0 manual transmission.

How much performance increase did you get with the CAI and tune?

I back in high school in the 70's I had a 1966 Fastback, 4-speed, disc brakes, 289 4barrel, upgraded to a build 302.

When I first bought the tuner from AM/Bama, I had them give me tunes for the stock intake. Wow, what a difference. My car is a 5 speed also, but the throttle response was incredibly different. Tuning the car just made it want to go! The CAI and new tunes seemed to make it even slightly better. The sound from the CAI is awesome, you get some engine growl out the front. I could not be happier with the car tuned. Oh yeah, I'll spare the details but a while back I put the stock intake back on and set it back to the factory tuning... geez, I thought I was driving my lawn tractor. You'll be happy with this CAI and a Bama tuner. Made my fun car even funner and AM helped with some trouble I had, and I could not be happier.

Glad to help, let me know after you get it all on. Hopefully you'll have the same, if not better results!
