do they make cams for 2005-2009 4.0 mustangs?

Dude, look. The 4.0 is a truck engine, meant for the Explorer and Ranger. It's a boat anchor; what you get is what you get. You're going to waste a lot of money trying to pick up a handful of horsepower.

I was thinking of swapping it once the engine blew because I hear its a lot of work and you would also need to change the transmission and the rear end. thanks for the tip on the blower though know of any good places I might be able to find one it would be really helpful haven't had the best luck finding anything for the 4.0's

My favorite forced induction on the 4.0 is the Xcharger Xtreme - won't get you the biggest dyno sheet, but power comes on right away.
Turbo will give you the most power and quickest times at the drag strip, followed by the centrifugal blowers like a Vortech or Procharger.
