Default T-5 to Tr3650 Help/Suggestions

Hey Guys,

Looking for some advice to successfully swap over my limping T5 tranny. I'm looking at the Tr3650 because of the availability and pricing. I don't plan on making crazy power, but are there any upgrades I should consider while I'm "in there?"

What parts will I need for the conversion?
What Clutch should I use?
Do I need to swap the rear end at time of conversion?

I know I need:
-NicePony's Adapter Kit
-GT driveshaft (going aluminum 1 piece)

Appreciate any help you can offer, this is not my area of expertise.
